OPUS I FESTIVAL

 / 2018

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Opus 1 in Merryweather is a collision of perspectives that creates a lens for new realities to emerge. The pioneering art and music festival transforms the legendary Merriweather Post Pavilion and surrounding Symphony Woods into a surreal theatre of discovery, imagination and wonder.

OPUS brings together groundbreaking artists + musicians from over a dozen countries who have exhibited at the world’s leading cultural institutions, such as the Guggenheim, MoMA, Venice Biennale, Barbican, and Park Avenue Armory.

The Forest Between is a large-scale multimedia experience, part of the Enchanted Forest programming. It is a fantasy flight of light, color, and sound that opens doors onto secret worlds in the spaces between the trees. Through light and projection, Christie 360 transforms the Symphony Woods into a parallel universe, animated with shifting vibrancy.

I was in charge of the art direction of 2 sequences of the Christie 360 mapping show, I created the color keys, beautyshots ,storyboards, and the assets design for the animation.
